I hired Linda Baker Design Group to renovate my University Park home.spring of 2024. She was paid in full, almost $400,000. She didn't want me to share my horrible experience so she abandoned my project and sued me for defamation and non-payment. Right from the start I realized Heather Mattox and Kay Ainsworth had no ability to manage anything. They charged me almost $7,000 to use the flooring product I wanted. Then they left all my flooring outside where it was soaked by my irrigation system.
Linda took an almost $100,000 payment and just days later stopped work and tried to get me to sign a non-disparagement. She held my marble counters, glass doors appliances and most of my kitchen hostage in an effort to get me to agree to pay her even more money and to sign a non-disparagement agreement promising not to tell anyone about how incompetent her entire company is. . It didn't work.
